The cottage has all modern amenities including gas central
heating, a large garden and ample parking.
Highstone is surrounded by a large gardenwith lawns for relaxing in and for barbecued meals. Garden furniture is provided. The pretty cottage garden overlooks fields and open views across inspiring Devon countryside.
Weekend breaks outside of high season. Small dogs by arrangement - £10 per week.
Highstone has an imposing lounge with French doors leading onto a patio and large mature private garden.. It has a gas fired stove in a local stone fireplace, should the weather be inclement, also TV video and fireplace.
The separate dining room easily accommodates six people and has a parquet floor. From the dining room a door leads to a cloakroom.
The kitchen is fitted with antique pine units and a well appointed double stove cooker, electic hob, microwave and a fridge-freezer. There is also a utility room with washing machine and a dishwasher.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms, A double room with ensuite shower and washbasin. A twin room with shower unit and bedroom three has two comfortable single beds. There is also a family bathroom.
